William currently holds the position of Fire Police Captain. In the past, He has held the positions of Fire Police Officer. He also has been awarded the DE Volunteer Firefighters Association President. William F. Tobin, Jr., is currently a member of the Memorial (Slaughter Beach) and Indian River volunteer fire companies and in 2012 is a Delaware State Fire Prevention Commissioner and was the 2011 DVFA President and has extensive firefighting and EMS service in New Castle and Sussex counties over the years.
