Clarence (Jim) J. Becker

In the past, Clarence has held the positions of Fire Police Officer. Clarence serves on the Adopt-A-Highway committee. Clarence also has been awarded the IR Incident Top Responder, IR Chief's Award, IR Incident Top Responder, and IR Incident Top Responder awards. Retired as Delaware State Fire Police on August 31, 2017.

Served as a Fire Police Officer and Fire Police Lieutenant.
