In the past, Norma has held the positions of Ladies Auxillary President, Ladies Auxillary Vice-President, and Ladies Auxillary Member. Norma has been awarded the Jefferson Award. Joined Ladies Auxiliary in January 1956 and served one year. After relocating and returning to the area, Jean rejoined the Ladies Auxiliary in 1972 and has remained active ever since.

Jean has served in the all positions of the Ladies Auxiliary including: President, Vice President, Secretary, Assistant Secretary and Chairperson of the following committees: Publicity, Insurance, Pension, Auditing, Kitchen and many other special assignments.

Joined became affiliated with the fire side of the company operations in March 1, 2006. Jean was awarded a Life Membership in the fire company operations in December 2012 and presented in January, 2013.
