WHAT:  11TH PARADISE GRILL "STOP-DROP & RUN" 5k

WHERE: Paradise Grill, Long Neck, DE.

WHY:  Benefit for the Indian River VFC

WHEN:  September 20, 2026 @ 10:00 aM

Course:  Flat & Fast & 2 options to choose from...both courses start at the same starting line and ¼ m into the race the courses split and you can go right to take in the "water" course or you can go straight to take in the "woods/off-road out & back" course. The courses come back together at 2.6 miles for a dash to the finish. Very unique and the only event in Delaware that does this to my knowledge
