Nature: Duty Officer – Citizen Assist – Indian Summer Village

On Sunday, September 6th, the Duty Officer from the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was requested for a citizen assist incident with a child and animal locked in an automobile.  The vehicle was running but the canine has depressed the lock button.

The duty officer response unit from Indian River included a fire line officer responding to assist the resident with the lock out incident. 

The specific assistance was coordinated and the issue was resolved.
