Nature: Automatic Fire Alarm – Residential – Pot Nets Bayside

Location: 34436 Mallard Rd, 19966

On Wednesday, July 8th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for an automatic fire alarm at the residential location on Mallard Road in the Pot Nets Bayside development off Long Neck Road. It was reported to be an automatic fire alarm sounding.

Emergency response units included Tanker 80 from the Oak Orchard facility and Chief 80 and Engine 80 from the Long Neck facility.

Emergency response crew assignments include an initial exterior evaluation and commencing with an interior evaluation to identify the source of concern.

It was identified as no findings for the cause of the alarm sounding. 

All units were authorized to return or remain in quarters.
