Nature: Fire Nature Unknown – Outside Fire

Location: John J Williams Hwy and Bay Farm Rd Millsboro, DE 19966

On Tuesday, March 10^th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a fire nature unknown which was amended to an outside fire. 

Emergency response units included Tanker 80 from the Oak Orchard facility and Engine 80 from the Long Neck facility as well as Deputy 80. 

Emergency response crews were able to identify that a property owner was burning outside.  The property owner was notified of the proper burning procedures and would extinguish the fire.

All emergency response units were cancelled and authorized to return to their respective stations.
