On Friday evening, February 13th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for an automatic fire alarm sounding at a residential structure on Sioux Drive in the Warwick Park development off River Road.  It was reported to be an automatic fire alarm sounding.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Rescue 80 from the Oak Orchard facility.

Emergency response crews were able to reach out to the residential occupants and identified that the issue was associated with changing of batteries and provided the proper passcode.

All emergency response units were authorized to return to their respective stations.
