Nature: Medical Emergency – Manpower - Lifting Assist

On Tuesday morning, February 10th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a medical emergency to provide lifting assistance for a medical emergency on Barkantine Drive area of River Village.  

Emergency response units from Indian River included but not limited to:  Brush 80 from the Long Neck facility, Command 10 and Rescue 80 from the Oak Orchard facility as well as the Delaware Stare Fire Police. 

Upon arrival of Indian River's emergency response it was determined that the assistance could be cancelled.

All fire company emergency response apparatus were held at their respective quarters.
