In the past, Frank has held the positions of Chief, 2nd Assistant Chief, Secretary, and Assistant Secretary. Frank joined the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company in March, 1959.

Frank’s tenure with the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company allowed him to serve as Board of Director, Chief, Second Assistant Chief, Secretary and Assistant Secretary.
