Nature: Medical Emergency – Landing Zone Assignment

Location:  White House Beach

On Saturday evening, October 3rd, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted to assist with a medical emergency in the White House Beach development off of Long Neck Road.

This incident alert was requesting a landing zone assignment for incoming aviation unit regarding a medical incident.

Emergency response personnel were assigned to assist the EMS personnel from the Mid Sussex Rescue Squad and the Sussex County Paramedics.

All emergency response requests for the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company were cancelled before these units responded as the aviation was down due to inclement conditions.
