Nature: Fire Alarm Residential – Pot Nets Bayside

On Sunday, September 27^th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a fire alarm sounding in a residential structure on Half Shell Pond Road in the Pot Nets Bayside development off Long Neck Road. It was reported to be detectors continue to go off within the residential structure.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Utility 80-8 from the Oak Orchard facility and Engine 80 from the Long Neck facility.

Emergency response crews coordinated an exterior and interior evaluation of the residential property.  It was identified to be faulty detectors and reviewed with the residential occupants

All emergency response apparatus were authorized to return to their quarters upon compilation of their assignments.
