Nature: Carbon Monoxide Detector

On Saturday evening, August 15^th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a carbon monoxide detector activation on Lob Way in the Baywoods development The CO detector activations were sounding in the residential structure.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Rescue 80 from the Oak Orchard facility.

Emergency response crew assignments included incident evaluation and exterior and interior monitoring with gas detectors.

After an evaluation and discussion with the residential occupants the emergency response apparatus and personnel were authorized to return to their respective quarters.
