Nature: Automatic Fire Alarm – Residential Structure – Seaspell Lane – The Peninsula

Location: 33515 Seaspell Lane , 19966

On Tuesday morning, August 11^th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for an automatic fire alarm sounding in a residential structure.  It was reported to be an automatic alarm sounding but occupants was unsure what type of alarm.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Tower 80 from the Oak Orchard facility and Engine 80 from the Long Neck facility.

Emergency response crews were apprised via second callback that the alarm was identified as an oxygen machine that was making the noise.  The device was unplugged and the callers wanted to cancel the emergency response.

All response units were authorized to return to their respective quarters.
