Nature: Automatic Fire Alarm – Residential – Creek’s End

Location: 155 Teal Dr , 19966

On Monday afternoon, August 10^th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for an automatic fire alarm sounding in a residential structure.  It was reported to be an automatic alarm sounding.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Tower 80 from the Oak Orchard facility and Engine 80 from the Long Neck facility as well as the Delaware State Fire Police.

Emergency response crew assignment included an initial exterior assessment as well as discussion with the property owner.  A secondary callback identified a concern with attempted system shut off.

All response units were authorized to return to their respective quarters.
