Nature: Carbon Monoxide Detector

On Saturday evening, June 20^th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a CO detector activation on McArthur Lane in the Patriots Glen development off John J. Williams Highway.  It was reported that the detectors were going off and reset, then started alerting again.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Rescue 80 from the Oak Orchard facility and Squad 80 from the Long Neck facility.

Emergency response crew assignments included an initial size up task, exterior and interior evaluation with gas meter detectors as well as an overall evaluation. 

After discussion with the property occupants all emergency apparatus were unauthorized to return to their respective stations.
