On Friday, May 29^th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a carbon monoxide detector activation on Canvas Back Road in the Pot Nets Bayside development off of Long Neck Road.  It was reported that the smoke and CO detectors have activated twice within the residential structure.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Utility 80-11 from the Oak Orchard facility and Engine 80 from the Long Neck facility.

Emergency response crew assignments included an initial size up task, exterior and interior evaluation with gas meter detectors as well as overall evaluation. 

After discussion with the property occupants, all emergency response apparatus were authorized to return to their respective quarters.
