Nature: Commercial Structure Fire – Bethany Blues

Location: 18385 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 

On Saturday morning, March 28^th, the Indian River (80), Milton (85) and Rehoboth Beach (86) fire departments were alerted to assist Lewes (82) Fire Department with a commercial structure fire on Coastal Highway.  It was reported to be an appliance fire in the kitchen area of the commercial restaurant establishment.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Tower 80 from the Oak Orchard facility and Engine 80 from the Long Neck facility as well as the Delaware State Fire Police.

Emergency response units from Indian River were cancelled while responding to the incident location.

All Indian River units were authorized to return to their respective quarters.
