Nature: Alarms - Residential (Single) - Smoke detector

On Thursday morning, February 26^th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for an automatic fire alarm in a residential structure on Village Way in the Pot Nets Bayside development.  It was reported to be a smoke detector activation, Zone 16 and not any contact with the residential occupants.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Tanker 80 from the Oak Orchard facility and Engine 80 from the Long Neck facility.

Emergency response crews performed an exterior evaluation with nothing evident.

After additional evaluation, all emergency response units were authorized to return to their respective quarters.
