Nature: Medical Emergency

City: Baywood

On Monday morning, April 21st, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a medical emergency which necessitated a manpower assist assignment.  The manpower assist assignment was requested for a lifting assignment within the Baywood development.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Utility 80-1.  Additional emergency alerts included the Mid Sussex Rescue Squad.

The EMS Crew needed assistance with lifting and all units were permitted to return to their respective quarters when complete.

The Delaware State Fire Police assisted with traffic control where needed.
