Nature: Residential Fire Alarm – Hammerhead Drive

City: Stonewater Creek

On Saturday afternoon, April 19th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for an automatic fire alarm sounding on Hammerhead Drive in the Stonewater Creek development off Indian Mission Road.

Emergency response units included Tower 80 from the Oak Orchard facility and Engine 80 from the Long Neck facility as well as the Delaware State Fire Police.

Emergency response crew assignments included and interior and exterior evaluation before cancelling the incident response.

Engine 80 was on location of the incident location and discussed the concern with the homeowner before cancellation of all emergency response apparatus and personnel.

All units were cancelled and returned.
