Nature: Vehicle Accident

Location: IFO Dunkin Donuts

On Tuesday afternoon, December 19^th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a vehicle accident on John J. Williams Highway near Dunkin Donuts.  It was reported to be a rear-end type collision causing extremely minor damage to the vehicles.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Rescue 80 from the Oak Orchard facility and Engine #80-1 from the Long Neck facility as well as the Mid Sussex Rescue Squad. 

Emergency response crews were assigned with traffic control and making sure the vehicle were out of the roadway before being released from the incident location.

The Delaware State Fire Police coordinated traffic control during this initial process.

The Delaware State are investigating.
