Nature: Alarm Sounding

On Saturday, September 23rd, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for an alarm sounding incident on Riverwood Road in the Stonewater Creek development off Indian Mission Road.  It was reported to be an automatic fire alarm sounding. 

Emergency response units from Indian River included Tower 80 and Tanker 80 from the Oak Orchard area and Engine 80-3 from the Long Neck facility as well as the Delaware State Fire Police.

Emergency response crew assignments included an exterior evaluation of the facility and a discussion with homeowner. 

All responding apparatus were authorized to return to their respective quarters.
