Nature: Vehicle Accident

Location: Indian Mission Rd and Hollymount Rd Harbeson, DE 19951

On Monday morning, July 31^st, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a vehicle accident at the Indian Mission Road and Hollymount Road intersection.  Additional emergency alerts included the Mid Sussex Rescue Squad.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Rescue 80 from the Oak Orchard facility as well as the Delaware State Fire Police.

Emergency response crew assignments included fluid and debris recovery, traffic control and incident mitigation.

It appears that there was a three (3) vehicle minor collision at or near the intersection of Indian Mission and Hollymount Roads.  It involved a white Chevrolet Suburban, a black Ford Fusion, and a silver Toyota Tacoma pick-up.  One person was evaluated by the emergency medical response personnel.

The Delaware State Fire Police assisted with traffic control.

The Delaware State Police are investigating.
