Ladies Auxiliary Commences with Easter Egg Fundraiser Preparation

Celebrate Easter with delicious chocolate eggs all made locally by the Ladies Auxiliary of the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company.  On Saturday, February 18^th, the Ladies Auxiliary commenced with their traditional Easter Egg preparation activities for the upcoming Easter holiday. 

Over the years, the Ladies Auxiliary have pursued a variety of fundraisers and this chocolate Easter Egg Fundraiser has been an extremely successful endeavor.  On Saturday, February 18th, a cohort of ladies converged in the fire house kitchen and commenced with marking homemade Easter Eggs for sale. 

The Ladies Auxiliary are selling assorted handmade Easter Eggs with the two types of chocolate – milk or dark chocolate available in peanut butter, coconut, and/or butter crème.

Pick-up your order at Indian River Station #2 on

1. Friday, April 7^th – 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. OR

2. Saturday, April 8^th – 8 a.m. to 12 n.

Proceeds of the Easter Egg Sale benefit the Ladies Auxiliary of the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company.
