Nature: Community Assist Initiative FOP Lodge #2 - Annual Share Your Christmas Event 

Address: Red Wing Lane – Rehoboth Shores

The Indian River and Lewes fire companies were requested to assist Members of the Delaware Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #2 to conduct its Annual Share Your Christmas Event gift distribution campaign for a designated family of five (three children and two adults) that has one child with significant medical concerns.

FOP Lodge members rode in fire apparatus from Indian River and Lewes that were escorted by an assigned Delaware State Police motorcycle unit and patrol car unit with a contingency of Christmas gifts for the children and adults within the designated family.  These Community Outreach entities were assisted by Delaware State Representative-Elect Jeff Hilvosky, Sussex County Register of Wills Greg Fuller and all the persons who worked to make this event possible.

The Delaware FOP Lodge #2 thanks everyone for sponsorship, participation, and assistance with this event as well as the volunteers who helped put the Christmas gifts and gift bags together and all those who donated money and/or time to fulfill the event.
