On Thursday, June 2^nd and Friday, June 3^rd, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for an electrical hazard and an automatic fire alarm (AFA) at a residential structure on Apple Ridge Road in the Seabrook development off Autumn Road. 

The June 2^nd incident involved an electrical hazard with the microwave.

The June 3^rd incident was determined to be a faulty smoke detector issue.

In both instances, Tower 80 from the Oak Orchard facility and Engine #80-3 from the Long Neck facility as well as the Delaware State Fire Police responded to the incident location.

After an incident evaluation and dialogue with the residential occupants, all emergency response apparatus were authorized to return to their respective quarters.
