Ladies Auxiliary Commences Preparation for Curbside Chicken & Dumpling Dinner Event

The Ladies Auxiliary of the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company commenced with slick dumpling preparation for the upcoming Curbside Chicken & Dumpling Dinner scheduled for Saturday, February 19th

The ladies focused on slick dumpling preparation which are thin, chewy, gummy dumplings by making dough which is then rolled out about 1/8 inch thin and cut into strips or squares.

The dinner will be curb-side, which means you will drive-thru to pick up your pre-ordered dinner.  You will enter through the rear of the building at our Oak Orchard Station on Saturday, February 19th.

The dinner will consist of chicken & dumplings, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, cole slaw, rolls/butter and s desert.  The cost will be $15 per platter.  There will be no substitutions.

Actual platter pick-ups will be Saturday, February 19th between 4 p. – 6 p.
