Nature: Motor Vehicle Collision - Fire Police Requested to Assist Delaware State Police

Location: Phillips Branch Rd and Holly Lake Rd Millsboro, DE 19966

On Wednesday evening August 11^th, the Delaware State Fire Police assigned to the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company were alerted to assist the Delaware State Police with traffic control following a motor vehicle accident.

It appears that a Chrysler 300 sedan was traveling on Phillips Branch Road leaving the roadway, striking trees and overturning.  The occupants of the vehicle were not present upon arival of emergency response personnel.

The Delaware State Fire Police coordinated traffic control with the closure of Phillips Branch Road between Holly Lake Road and Holly Mount Road. 

The Delaware State Police are investigating the incident.
