Nature: Chicken House Fire 

Location: 26794 Hollyville Rd Millsboro, DE 19966

On Wednesday, June 9^th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted to assist Millsboro (83) Fire Company with a chicken house fire on Hollyville Road. 

Emergency response units from Indian River included Rescue 80 from the Oak Orchard facility and Engine #80-3 from the Long Neck facility as well as the Delaware State Fire Police.

Emergency response crew assignments included to staging apparatus in the access road behind Tanker 80 and send manpower to front of the building.

Emergency response crews were assigned to investigate and identify the source of the smoke conditions, suppression where needed, and evaluation.

All units were permitted to return to their respective quarters.
