Monday November, 5 2012 @ 20:14:22 Nature: Trash Fire Location: Rehoboth Shores, 35496 Ba Address: 34568 Long Neck Rd Millsboro, DE 19966 On Monday, November 5th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a trash fire in the Rehoboth Shores Development off of Long Neck Road. Emergency response units included Engine #80-1 from the Oak Orchard facility and Engine #80-3 from the Long Neck facility. Engine #80-1 was cancelled while enroute to the incident location. Engine #80-3 arrived and identified that the fire was of questionable origin and involved much of the debris associated with the recent inclement weather. Engine #80-3 extinguished the burning material and saturated the area to prevent further incident.
