DELDOT's 8th Annual Litter-Free Delaware Day Adopt-a-Highway Clean-up October 20, 2012 Oak Orchard Road The Indian River Volunteer Fire Company participated in DELDOT’s 8th Annual “Imagine a Litter-Free Delaware Day” via the Adopt-a-Highway Clean-up program and cleaned up sections of Oak Orchard Road on Saturday, October 20th. The volunteers arrived at the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company in Oak Orchard and commenced with the clean-up activities picking up the roadside debris which accumulated approximately ten bags of trash.
