Sunday, June, 10 2012 Nature: Indian River Station Cleaning Detail Assignment On Sunday, June 10th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company coordinated and provided numerous membership clean up opportunities which included: apparatus cleaning and washing detail; facility engine bay cleaning and washing detail – interior floors and walls; engine bay appliance cleaning out and washing detail; as well as other buildings & grounds clean up assignments. These cleaning tasks were specifically targeted with (1) Station 1 and Station 2 Apparatus; (2) Station 1 and Station 2 Engine Bay Floor and walls; (3) Station Ice Machines and Refrigerators, etc. These cleaning tasks were coordinated and designed in order to facilitate corporate cost savings and require volunteer company personnel to facilitate these tasks, duties and responsibilities.
