Saturday September, 24 2011 @ 19:20:31 Nature: Gas Leak Address: 34205 Black Pine Ln Millsboro, DE 19966 On Saturday evening, September 24th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a gas leak incident within a residential location on Black Pine Lane in the Pot Nets Bayside development. Emergency response units included Engine #80-1 from the Oak Orchard Station and apparatus from the Long Neck Station. Emergency response crews were assigned to evaluate and investigate the situation and made specific emphasis to the gas oven within the manufactured home locations. An interior evlauation included multiple gas meter readings, ventiliation, and additional monitorings.
