Nature: Gas Leak

Location: 25335 Crab Aly W Millsboro, DE 19966

On Sunday afternoon, June 16^th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a gas leak incident on Crab Aly West, Pot Nets Creekside, off of Long Neck Road for a reported gas leak. 

Emergency response units included Tanker 80 from the Oak Orchard facility and Engine #80-3 from the Long Neck facility as well as the Delaware State Fire Police.

Emergency response crew assignments included incident mitigation to identify and isolate the source of the gas leak as well as traffic control.

It appears that the gas grill caught fire was fully extinguished upon arrival of emergency response units.  Crew removed the propane tank from the grill and checked for extension to the desk.  All other responding apparatus were cancelled.

The Delaware State Fire Police coordinated traffic control.
