Nature: Sussex County Fire Chief’s Association – Officer Installation Ceremonies

Location: Frankford Fire Company

On Tuesday, October 23^rd, the Sussex County Fire Chief’s Association conducted its Annual Officer Installation Ceremonies at the Frankford Fire Company. 

The Officer Installation Ceremonies included representatives from the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company which included outgoing officers:

·         Hayden F. Klingler, Immediate Past President will become a Director representing the organization for an additional term; and

·         Joseph H. Thompson, III, Second Vice President was installed in his inaugural term for the county association.

The other incoming officers are:

·         President – John Marvel hailing from the Dagsboro (73) Volunteer Fire Company;

·         1^st Vice President – Jones hailing from the Ellendale (75) Volunteer Fire Company;

·         2^nd Vice President – Joseph H. Thompson, III hailing from the Indian River (80) Volunteer Fire Company;

·         Secretary – Joseph Morris hailing from the Delmar (74) Volunteer Fire Company; and

·         Treasurer – Mark O’Brier hailing from Seaford (87) Volunteer Fire Company.
