Nature:  Passing of Charles W. Frampton, Jr.

The Indian River Volunteer Fire Company regrets to announce that Fire Police Officer and Honorary Member Charles (Charlie) W. Frampton, Jr. has passed away. 

The Indian River Volunteer Fire Company wishes to offer its condolences and deepest gratitude to the families and loved ones of Charles Frampton.  We wish to offer the Frampton Family and extended families our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Charles joined the Delaware Fire Service in March, 1954 and assisted the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company since 1972 while being awarded an Honorary Membership in 1994. 

Charles tenure with the Delaware Fire Service allowed him to serve in a variety of capacities in Brandywine Hundred, Indian River, and many county and state offices.
