2010 Incident Response Statistics The Board of Directors of the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company is pleased to announce the 2010 Top Incident Responders which have greater than 50% emergency incident response for the 2010 Reporting Period. The specific reporting period incident response tallied 353 alarms for the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company during this time period. These volunteer responders are: (1) James R. Wagner, Chief Engineer/Apparatus Operator with 97%; (2) Harry Dawson, Assistant Chief Engineer/Apparatus Operator with 97%; (3) Joseph M. LeVan, Sr., Firefighter with 85%; (4) David G. Blumenthal, Fire Police Officer with 79%; (5) Hayden F. Klingler, First Assistant Chief with 78%; (6) Steven C. Deery, Jr., Chief with 65%; (7) Ryan Mock, Fire Lieutenant with 63%; (8) Patrick C. Miller, President/Apparatus Operator with 62%; (9) Brian Morley, Firefighter with 62%; (10) Jason M. Faulkner, Sr., Fire Lieutenant with 59*%; (11) Charles Marshall, Ladder Captain with 58%; (12) Clarence J. Becker, Fire Police Officer with 58%; (13) Raymond E.
