Sunday August, 15 2010 @ 01:28:26 Nature: Traffic/TransportationAcdntBLS Address: 22701-22775 Indian Mission Rd Harbeson, DE 19951 Early Sunday morning of August 15th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a personal injury vehicle collision involving a rollover on Indian Mission Road south of Hollymount Road. It was reported to have a single vehicle rollover with possibly three persons occupying the vehicle. Indian River’s Duty Officer, Ryan Mock arrived and reported the incident as described in the initial incident report notification and requested a minimum of two ambulances from nearby companies. Engine #80-5 emergency response personnel were assigned to coordinate patient assessment and stabilization while Rescue 80’s emergency response personnel were assigned to assist with patient stabilization and initiate vehicle stabilization It appears that a four door Toyota Corolla sedan was traveling south on Indian Mission Road and loss control for some unknown reason sliding sideways on the opposite roadway shoulder and overturning in the embankment area parallel to the roadway. The Delaware State Fire Police coordinated traffic control for the duration of the incident. The Delaware State Police are investigating the incident.
