Saturday, June, 12 2010 Nature: Vera Bradley Bag / Longaberger Basket BINGO Address: 32628 Oak Orchard Road, Millsboro, DE On Saturday evening, the Ladies Auxiliary of the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company hosted a Vera Bradley Bag / Longaberger Basket BINGO at its Main Station in Oak Orchard, Delaware. The event was intended to raise operating funds for the ladies auxiliary and the volunteer fire company. The attendance at the event was in excess of 100 persons and was an enjoyable event. The event also included twenty (20) games of BINGO; door prizes, Chinese auction, raffles, and much more. During intermission, the Ladies Auxiliary provide lite refreshments (egg salad or chicken salad sandwiches) for enjoyment of all attendees, as well as cupcakes, specialty cakes and beverages. Many of the attendees shared an enjoyable evening with various officers and members of the volunteer fire company as well as the Ladies Auxiliary. The Indian River Volunteer Fire Company would like to extend our appreciation for the patronage and attendance of those that participated.
