Thursday May, 13 2010 @ 11:21:23 Nature: Traffic/Transportation Acdnt ALS Address: John J Williams Hwy & William Millsboro, DE 19966 On Thursday morning, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a personal injury vehicle collision on John J. Williams Highway near the vicinity of Warwick Road. It was reported to have a two vehicle collision. Upon arrival of Indian River’s Duty Officer – Eric Ruckle, it was determined to have a two vehicle collision. A tan Mazda sedan was traveling west on John J. Williams and collided with a dark green Chevrolet Lumina sedan. The occupants of the Mazda required additional medical attention. Indian River’s responding apparatus were assigned to coordinate the road closure for the duration of the incident, to assist with patient stabilization, if needed, and to provide vehicle stabilization efforts. Some occupants were transported to nearby medical facilities for additional observations. The Delaware State Police are investigating the incident.
