Nature: Firework Standby Assignments (Pre-arranged)

 

Over the 4th of July holiday season, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company has provided assistance to neighboring fire districts with fire work standby crews as well as providing such services within our immediate fire district.

These assignments included:

(1)   Saturday, June 30th an apparatus standby crew was provided to Baywood for a fire work display;

(2)   Sunday, July 1st, a standby crew was provided to Rehoboth Beach;

(4)   Sunday, July 1st, a apparatus crew was provided to the Baywood Green community for some fireworks display in their respective community; and

(5)   Wednesday, July 4th an apparatus standby crew was provided to the Paradise Grill area in the Pot Nets Bayside community for some fireworks display in their respective community.

The Indian River Volunteer Fire Company is pleased to assist our community and neighbors while providing a valuable community service objective.
