Saturday July, 18 2009 @ 03:54:54 Nature: Structure Fire Location: NESBITT STATION Address: 31510 Madison Dr Lewes, DE 19958 Early Saturday morning on July 18th, Indian River, as well as many other volunteer fire companies in Sussex County were alerted to assist Lewes Fire Department with a reported working structure fire at 31510 Madison Drive in Nesbitt Station near Lewes, Delaware. Indian River was requested to provide standby coverage at Station #2, just off Route #1, and a tanker assist at the scene of the incident. Within minutes of arriving at the standby location, the assignment was upgraded to provide assistance at the incident location.
