On Wednesday, January 30th, the volunteers from the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company attended a training course from Chesapeake Utilities regarding propane and natural gases. The course was conducted with specific emphasis on dealing with propane emergencies and was tailored to our immediate fire district (i.e., Stonewater Creek and the Peninsula, etc.) The Indian River Volunteer Fire Company would like to acknowledge the support of the Chesapeake Utilities during this presentation.
