At 1:57 PM on Tuesday, December 13, we were dispatched to River Road east of Gull Point Road for an MVC with injuries. A Millsboro Fore Company ambulance, Sussex County Paramedics, and Trooper 2, the State Police helicopter, were also dispatched as the MVC was reported as a car rolled over. On arrival, we found a 1 car MVC with the car on top of an embankment along River Road. County Paramedics cancelled Trooper 2 and the patient was transported to Beebe Medical Center by the Millsboro Fire Company. Twenty-two Indian River firefighters were in service for 40 minutes on this call.
