At 12:51 PM on May 29, First Assistant Chief Brian Hubbs happened upon an MVA with injuries on Long Neck Road in front of Ricks Bait Shop. The proper agencies were dispatched and two victims were transported to local hospitals. Twenty-four Indian River firefighters were in service for forty-nine minutes for this call.
