Friday July 7, 2017 Nature: Rescue 80’s Final Departure for Cooksville, Illinois Location: 32628 Oak Orchard Road, Millsboro, DE 19966
On Friday, July 7th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company assisted with the packaging and loading Rescue 80 onto a low boy for transportation to its new home in Cooksville, Illinois. Just after 2pm on July 7th, Rescue 80 departed Indian River for the last time. Indian River purchased Rescue 80 in 1997 and this unit has proudly served Indian River for the last 20 years. It will now commence service at its new home within the Cooksville Fire Dept., Cooksville, Illinois.
