On June 24, the State Police helicopter, Trooper 2, came to our Station 1 to train with our members. We work with them on a regular basis as they airlift accident victims to local hospitals and assist with water rescues. The crew explained their procedures and gave us a tour of the helicopter. They also explained the many ways we can help them at the scene of an emergency.
